Rosemary Woodward, Broker, GRI, ABR

Rosemary Woodward is the Owner and Broker of a boutique real estate office in Palm Desert, CA called BELLA ROSA REALTY. She and her agent, Carol Carpenter, have worked together over 20 years.

Rosemary moved here from Orange County and Long Beach in 1976 after she graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Recreation. She fell in love with the quietness and clean air of the desert and has happily called it “Home” since then.

In 1991 she decided to pursue a different career as Real Estate Agent. In the next few years Rosemary achieved the designation as a Broker, a GRI, a California Appraiser, and just recently, as an ABR.

Rosemary’s career in Real Estate has been very interesting and challenging. She has survived a couple of Buyer’s Markets, a few Sellers Markets, a Foreclosures Market and more!

In 2001, Rosemary started her own office, Bella Rosa Realty. A few years later her friend Carol joined her and together they have comfortably worked together helping Buyers and Sellers do something they typically do only a couple of times in their life: Buy or Sell their home. They both know the process can (and usually is) extremely stressful. It is overwhelming with so many things to do and so much information to go through. Carol and Rosemary are very experienced and work hard to ensure that the process is smooth and as manageable as possible for their clients. At Bella Rosa Realty, Rosemary and Carol look forward to helping their clients in every way.

Rosemary Woodward’s Designations:

California Real Estate Broker
A California real estate broker is an intermediary between the buyer and the sell[1]er . They are responsible for marketing the property, managing showings, negotiating offers and evaluating the best one. The primary difference between a real estate broker and an agent is that a broker can start their own firm and hire real estate agents to work with. Agents cannot work independently; their license must be hung under a broker. It is possible for a real estate agent to also be a licensed broker and work under another broker’s license. For a real estate agent to become a licensed real estate broker, they have to take additional training courses and acquire an experience of a certain number of years. (The exact requirements to become a real estate broker vary by state.)

GRI Designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute)
What do GRIs know? A LOT! After all, it’s the most comprehensive training in the industry. Earning the GRI designation demonstrates your in-depth knowledge on technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate to prospective clients.

Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)
The ABR® designation is for real estate buyer’s agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every state of the home-buying process.
